  1. What is Kiev yoga ?

    The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word Yuj, it means Union, to unite the person and universal consciousness. yoga originated in India, dated back too around 5000 years ago, yoga is not just exercise its so much more. It is made up with physical postures (asana) breathing techniques ( pranayama ) and meditation.

  2. What are the benefits of Kiev yoga, Zumba and Pilates ?

    Kiev Yoga, Zumba, Pilates is inclusive to all, from children too older adults and those with disabilities. Kiev fitness is a total mind body tool for self improvement and development. It can increase strength, flexibility and balance, improve co-ordination, reduce risk of illness or disease, aid rehabilitation from injury, promote inner peace and calm , support overall health and well being.

  3. What should I Wear ?

    Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, noting too restricting. You will not need footwear as yoga and Pilates is practised with bare feet. and Zumba in your training shoes

  4. I have problems with my back, can I still practise yoga ?

    If you have any injuries, then speak to the teacher before class at Kiev finess. It may be advisable to check with your GP or Physiotherapist first. This will not stop you from practising, however, some postures may not be suitable and adaptation or alternative poses will be demonstrated. With regular practise you may find that your injury will ease or heal.

  5. Can I eat before practising yoga ?

    It is advisable at Kiev yoga, Zumba and pilates not to eat a few hours before the session, this will reduce digestive problems and leave to free too move easy. Also hydrate by drinking plenty of water throughout the day, try not too drink too much just before class. then join us in the restaurant for a cleansing juice or vegetarian meal

  6. I’m not very flexible is Kiev yoga, Zumba or Pilates for me ?

    You don’t have too be flexible to practise you, a regular practise will improve this.
